MasterChef is a competitive cooking reality television show conceived by Franc Roddam in Britain in July 1990. The format was revived in 2005 and has since become a popular culinary show worldwide, produced in more than 50 countries. In 2014, the Pakistani version of MasterChef aired on TV and was won by Ammara Noman. However, the channels did not continue airing the culinary show afterward.

Now, Hum TV has taken the initiative to bring back MasterChef season 2 in Pakistan after around 11 years. The channel has released the teaser on YouTube. MasterChef Pakistan is a grand production, matching the production value of the international franchise. Chef Sadat Siddiqui and other popular chefs will be judging the show, and contestants from all over Pakistan will take part in the competition.
