Supermodel Mehreen Syed shares her painful journey when she entered in the field of modelling. She went through a lot of troubles but finally became a successful model.
In a recent interview, she shared, “In my first show, I was kicked out and designers refused to give clothes to me.”
“Actually it’s very emotional sometimes the people who didn’t like to sit with me I took that thing positively and now the same people sit with me and love me. So, its an achievement for me.”
Mehreen Syed shared how her family was against her and said, “I was the only one who was not groomed at all, less educated and I belonged to a Syed family. My whole family was against me and even after my first shoot, I was beaten.”
Mehreen Syed’s father passed away when she was three years old and all her life she has suffered. Her mother became a lawyer after the death of her father.
“From young, I wanted to do something and on my first shoot, I got ten thousand rupees. I was so happy about that.”
“To afford my studies I became an air hostess. After college time I used to do my job.”
Mehreen Syed’s mother supported her in achieving her goals. “I just decided I had to become a model and my mother supported me. My family supported me and in this industry, I was the only one who didn’t belong here but I learnt a lot and still learning,” she added.
