Mohib Mirza remarried Sanam Saeed in 2021 after his divorce from Aamina Sheikh; however, he revealed his marriage publicly in 2023. In 2025, Sanam Saeed and Mohib Mirza became parents to a son, Vali Hassan Mirza.

Recently, Mohib Mirza appeared in the Ramzan special show Hasna Mana Hai, where he opened up about marrying a “burger” woman despite being a pure desi man.

Replying to Tabish Hashmi’s question, “Despite being so desi, how did we two end up marrying burger women?”, Mohib Mirza said, “I have also thought about it. I think opposites attract each other. Yes, burger women love desi men if we don’t act too cheap in front of them. If we manage things well, it works out. We should pronounce ‘croissant’ appropriately instead of saying it wrong, and probably avoid slangs—then it can work.”

Talking about his son’s future, he said, “Vali Hassan Mirza will do whatever he wants in his life. He will live a life of his own choice. He came into this world through us, he is a beautiful creation through two of us but we won’t impose our choices on him. I want to be myself around him and would love to make him a better person. I will be his guide.”
