Mohra is Geo TV’s hit prime-time drama serial featuring popular actors Laiba Khan, Aagha Ali, Mikaal Zulfiqar, Syeda Tuba Anwar, and several other Pakistani stars. The story revolves around a simple girl who becomes revengeful after her sister Anoushay’s suicide, for which Sikandar, her secret husband, is responsible. The drama is produced by 7th Sky Entertainment, directed by Mohsin Mirza, and written by Tahir Nazeer.

So far, Geo TV has aired 41 episodes of the drama. This week, the channel aired a mega episode on Friday. The drama initially received praise but has now completely lost its plot, shifting focus from revenge to unnecessary conflicts between the characters in an apparent attempt to extend the story for views and ratings.

In this episode, Hamza’s mistrust of Alizeh’s past is the main highlight, for which the viewers are mocking the makers. One fan wrote, “It seems like the drama’s director and the whole team were high; earlier it was clearly mentioned that she had a past, but Hamza said, ‘Whatever it is, I don’t care and am not interested in listening.’ ” Another commented, “It seems the writer forgot his own story while writing the script — I mean, Hamza already knew about Alizy.” One taunted, “Looks like the writer or director has the Saiyaara movie disease, or maybe they took some cheap drugs.” Another added, “I’m angry at the director. When Hamza already knew about Alizy’s marriage, then why is this drama happening?” Fans are clearly unhappy with Hamza and Alizeh’s unnecessary mistrust track, and many stated that the focus should have remained on Alizeh’s revenge.
