Mohsin Gillani is a seasoned Pakistani television actor and writer who is known for his hit dramas like Beti, Aik Pal, Hum Thehrey Gunahgar, Shehr E Ajnabi, Ghughi, Faasiq and Rang Mahal. He also worked in classic PTV plays. He also produced a few television projects during his acting career at PTV.
Recently, the actor appeared in the RTS with 24 Plus podcast. In the podcast, he opened up about working with senior actress Ayesha Khan and Nazli Nasr’s behaviour with her.
Talking about it, Mohsin Gillani said, “Now talking about Ayesha Khan I would say that there were many negative things floating on the internet about actors when she died. I deliberately remained quiet at that time. We played a mother and son in a 7th Sky project. Nazli Nasr was also playing a character in it, whom she used to say her Beti. Ayesha Khan used to throw the mic, which used to bother others. I made her realize that a few of her acts bother the young actors like throwing mics, she used to understand me. Likewise, Nazli Nasr was the one who used to message her feet, used to help her wear he clothes. She used to say to me, ‘You are now the witness that Nazli takes care of me, when I will be left alone I will go to nazli Nasr’. We discuss negative things. We should discuss positive things.”
He further added, “She loved to live alone. Her kids left her. They got busy in their lives. An actor shared a Voice call in which she told me kids send me money, which mother needs just money at an older age. It is their responsibility to take care of her” Here is the link to the video:
