Molty Foam has sued Diamond Supreme foam for using the term ‘Papa Jani’ in their ad. We have seen Molty Foam has been using the term Papa Jani in their ads to touch people’s emotions. Their advertisements are always about a father giving a mattress to his daughter in dowry. Molty Foam has promoting dowry through their advertisements.
Now, Diamond Supreme Foam has used this ‘Papa Jani’ phrase in their new ad.
Diamond Supreme Foam and Molty Foam have tough competition in market. In this ad, they tried to convey the message that “papa jani wala mattress” is not better than Diamond Supreme Foam.
Then, the trolling continued.

After all this trolling, Molty Foam issued a notice to PEMRA to order Diamond Foam to be taken down.
The court gave the decision in Molty Foam’s favour and ordered Diamond Supreme Foam. Master Molty Foam has won the defamation case against Diamond Supreme Foam.
