Momina Iqbal is a very famous Pakistani television star who has been embroiled in a legal battle with PMLN MPA Saqib Chadhar. It all started when the actor went to NCCIA with proofs that Saqib was harassing her and he was trying to sabotage her upcoming wedding. She is now married to Muhammad Hamza Habib and her wedding took over social media. New updates have come up in the case as NCCIA has taken action against Saqib Chadhar.
NCCIA has registered an FIR against Saqib Chadhar under PECA act. The case was registered after both Momina Iqbal and Saqib Chadhar’s phones went through forensic investigation. According to FIR, Saqib , his wife and their associates have been running a sustained campaign against Momina and also cyber bullied and threatened her. She added that after she rejected Saqib Chadhar’s marriage proposal on finding out about his first wife, the harassment and threats started. Her 2023 proposal was also sabotaged. Now Saqib Chadhar was intimidating her with leaking private videos if she got married to Hamza Habib. This made her come forward and file this case.
Momina Iqbal has now gotten married and NCCIA registered this case against Saqib Chadhar after finding sufficient evidence against him. He went to a court in Lahore and got interim bail in the case so he won’t be arrested for the time being.
