Nida Yasir is the morning show queen of Pakistan. She is the only one who has remained steadfast in this arena and she has been hosting her show for over a decade now. She has interviewed nearly every celebrity in Pakistan and she has been caught in several controversies over the years. She has once again given a statement which is under immense scrutiny.
Food delivery services in Pakistan have boomed in the last decade. Many youngsters work in the delivery service sector and make money for their homes. This job is extremely labour intensive and these riders are not even paid enough for their hard work. Pakistani roads are not well-developed and many a times they deliver orders in heavy rains and dangers.
Nida Yasir, however, is not a big fan of how they have to be tipped. She was speaking on her show and shared that these riders come to deliver orders and they never bring change. They always try to take a few hundred rupees and Nida is not a proponent of tipping them. She advised everyone to always pay the exact amounts and not allow these riders to “swindle” money from you.
