Nida Yasir is a superb Pakistani host who has a huge fame due to her Morning show Good Morning Pakistan which has been successfully airing on ARY Digital for around 15 years. The host also boasts a strong Instagram following of 2.6 million. Nida is also a remarkable producer who has produced projects like Chakkar, Mehrunissa We Love You, Wrong Number, Nadaniyan and others. She is married to ace actor and director Yasir Nawaz and they have three children who are studying.
Today, Nida Yasir’s topic of discussion in GMP was ‘Cheating’. In the show, she shared her experience of cheating during the annual exams and class test.
Talking about it, Nida Yasir said, “I did a very stupid act. In our Pakistan Studies class test, I wrote a very long cheating note, but I couldn’t use it because the teacher was standing right next to me. In the confusion, I accidentally placed the cheating note inside my test copy. The teacher found it and showed it to the whole class and also said, ‘You are so stupid, don’t even know how to cheat’.
She further added, “Then again, during the Pakistan Studies exam, we were given guess questions to prepare, which we memorized. Unfortunately, those questions didn’t appear in the exam. I don’t know what happened to me, I went outside, took my five-year past papers book inside, and tried to use it. The teacher caught me again, scolded me for such an open attempt at cheating, and didn’t let me continue. I ended up writing whatever I knew.” Here is the link to the video:
Fans didn’t appreciate Nida Yasir’s story about cheating. One fan wrote, “The way she’s admitting to making cheating notes reflects poorly on Pakistan’s education system.” Another commented, “The content of this show is declining day by day; it’s becoming repetitive.” A third stated, “Shame on Nida Yasir for openly talking about cheating in examinations.” Yet another said, “Nida keeps calling the same old guests to share her ridiculous stories.”
