Nida Yasir is a well-known Pakistani television host, best known for hosting ARY Digital’s Good Morning Pakistan since 2011, the longest-running morning show in the history of Pakistani television. Nida has a strong Instagram following of 2.6 million. She is also an established film producer, having worked on films like Wrong Number, Chakar, and others. Nida is married to renowned TV actor and director Yasir Nawaz, and they have been together for more than two decades. The couple has three children. Nida often shares her weight loss journey on television and gives tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Today, she hosted a show with doctors and health experts, discussing how to maintain weight after Ramzan by adopting healthy eating habits. She also revealed that she does not appreciate compliments on her weight loss.

Explaining why she dislikes such compliments, Nida Yasir said, “When someone says I’ve become slim, I instantly start eating unhealthy, I actually pray that no one says that because I take it lightly and start eating whatever is offered to me, thinking a little won’t matter. I don’t mind when people say I look fat—then my willpower becomes stronger, and I focus more on losing weight. I skip desserts, I start exercising and tell myself I can reduce weight.”

Nida Yasir also added, “What I have noticed is that we lose weight mainly by cutting down on eating out. In my experience, people usually gain weight when they eat outside.”
