Currently, he is playing an evil politician and father to nation’s sweet heart Shahmeer Sikandar aka Fazal Bakhsh aka Bilal Abbas Khan and fans love how suave Daud Ali Khan is in all of his evilness.
The actor was a guest on Ahmad Ali Butt’s podcast and opened up about his spiritual journey. He shared that he was on the verge of becoming an extremist in his teenage years but he left that and then he left religion totally for a few years. He then matured and started reading up on different religions and that is when Islam pulled him back in and the concept of Huqooq ul Ibaad is what pulled him.

He also revealed how a visit to the Cave of Hira gave him that much-needed jolt. He was on Hajj as he was accompanying his mother. His mother could not climb a mountain due to her arthritis so he just went on just to see. When he reached the Cave of Hira, he broke down into tears remembering how our Holy Prophet SAW got his first message from Allah there. He then came down reciting Surah Alaq.

Omair has been through a lot of ups and downs in his life. He revealed that signing up for Sang e Mah got him to a distant site where he could process what he has been through. Then one night he got up while he was crying and had a mental breakdown episode that made him realize that he was bottling up his emotions and he was able to work it out.
