This time it was Judoka Fiza Sher Ali who passed away during an ongoing event.

She was also taking part in the trials and sustained a head injury during the event. Fiza fell during the game and Rescue 1122 officials were there to aid her. She was also taken to the hospital but she succumbed to her injuries.
