She referred Ayesha Omar to me who agreed to join “Bulbulay.” Later, I signed Hina Dilpazeer for one episode. She sketched her character, and her episode was loved by the fans. Hina expressed her desire to become a permanent part, so we conceived the character as Mehmood Sahab’s wife. In addition to “Bulbulay,” I directed “Ras Gullay,” “Honey Moon,” “Love Kay Liye,” “Dugdugi,” and other dramas, but “Bulbulay” is the longest and most successful venture.
