I even suggested three actors to them, two were from theatre, but my suggestions weren’t considered because they wanted to sell their drama. They had other options from the industry, like me, so I agreed, knowing it would go to someone similar. I suggested various looks to them but then I realized that Parizaad’s issues were more internalized; yes, society mistreated him for his looks, but his core issues were internalized which were becoming a part of his personality. He thus confronted Momin when they finally met but in a playful manner.
