Jindo is a popular Pakistani drama serial that aired on the new channel Green Entertainment. The story of Jindo was inspired by a real-life incident. Humaima Malick delivered a convincing portrayal of Mai Jindo. The serial was directed by Anjum Shahzad and it was written by Qurban Ali Rao. Imran Raza is the executive producer of the show. The drama was presentation of A2W Productions in association with Multiverse Entertainment. Talking about the success of Ishq Murshid’s OST, Ahmed Jahanzeb said, “I have been getting a great response on the song and recently someone demanded me a same kind of hit song, well, I told him that there is no formula of making something hit, we can’t predict success of anything”, he further said, “Moomal bhabhi loved the song but she said that the song has an old school feel, we wanted to make it the title track but somehow it didn’t become the title track. I and Farooq Rind agreed on the point that the song should be added in the situations and the moments. After we played the song in the situations, it reached to another level, it became hit”. He further said that he never expected it to be this big hit. It was unpredictable, unplanned, un thought of, we didn’t expect it to be this big.
