Selahaddin Eyubi is an upcoming grand historical series co-produced by Pakistan and Turkey. The producers of the series include Humayun Saeed, Adnan Siddiqui, Dr. Kashif Ansari, Ahmet Faruk Bakacak, and Dr. Junaid Ali Shah. This period drama will feature the life of Muslim leader Sultan Selahaddin Eyubi. The series will air on TRT 1.

The recordings of the series have been started. The main lead character is being played by the Turkish actor Uğur Güneş who debuted with TRT’s famous Turkish series Ertugrul. The drama is being shot on the impressive set that replicates the ancient city of Damascus, covering 200-acre area. This set includes mosques, bazaars, palaces, and houses. The series has an extensive cast and crew.

Haroon Shahid is a very talented artist. He started his career as a musician and people loved his voice. He later on made his acting debut with Shoaib Mansoor’s Verna and he has not looked back since. His career in dramas went on a high rise after his stint in Do Bol. He has been doing a lot of scripts since and managed to gain praise for many of his characters.

Haroon was a guest on Ayaz Samoo’s show and shared his side of the story when he started acting. Doing romantic scenes is a given if you are playing a lead character and Haroon has done so with many leading ladies in his career. She has been working on and off for the last few years now and has been missing in action for the last year or so. Meera is also known to be the controversy queen and she has always remained in the news,it doesn’t matter if her projects are on air or not. She has now taken to Instagram and shared why she has not been working much for the last year.

Meera shared that her mother and sister have both been going through a few health scares. She revealed that her mother has just had surgery while her sister has also been diagnosed with cancer. This has caused Meera to concentrate more on her family and she has taken a break from work.

Award show season is upon us and after the Lux Style Awards, we now have IPPA Awards 2023. IPPA was held in Manchester this year and many big names and celebrities were spotted at the event. Award shows are held every year to support and recognize the talent and good projects that are made that year. IPPA has been the new addition and they have been holding the recognition ceremony for the past few years now. This year again we got to see some of our biggest stars attending the ceremony.

Currently, Pakistani weddings have taken a new and extravagant turn where most of the time bride, grooms and other individuals make an extra effort to make their wedding celebrations go viral. The viral or extravagant weddings are widely known for having the essentials like displaying over the top dances that aim to capture the attention of social media audiences, lavish and expensive wedding setups, showering of money, over-the-top wedding rituals and emotional crying.

Lately, a clip from a wedding is doing rounds on social media which features an over the top dance performance of a bride along with her father’s emotional crying. In the video, the bride is dancing on a famous Bollywood song with her full emotions while her father emotionally started crying in the middle of her dance.
