Veteran Pakistani actor Abid Kashmiri passed away today in Lahore, Pakistan. He was a popular PTV actor who appeared in multiple hit films and dramas including Samundar, Suraj Kay Sath Sath, Teesra Kinara, Apnay Log, Lahori Gate, Pesa Nach Nachaway, Home Sweet Home and others. The next day, he woke up and was sitting, he was probably waiting for me. I took him to the washroom, his eyes suddenly turned to the opposite side. His lips turned white. I instantly called my granddaughter and my son-in-law, who is a doctor. Dr. Saab tried hard, but my husband couldn’t breathe. He passed away on the spot due to a heart attack”.

She further added, “He was perfectly healthy, though he was diabetic and weak due to his age. Otherwise, he was doing well. We were supposed to go back to the USA on the 20th of October. We had been here for a month. The funeral will be held after my son arrives from the USA”

He said that in episode 25, he had to edit a scene where Sharjeena is lying on Mustafa’s arm as such things then get challenged by the censor board.
