Khalil ur Rehman Qamar is a famous Pakistani writer and producer who is currently in the headlines after he was kidnapped by Amina Arooj’s gang who invited him to her house under the pretext of discussing an upcoming drama project. According to Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar, “they also forced him to record a certain kind of obscene videos after which they threatened him, robbed his mobile and transferred Rs 250,000 from his ATM card. The kidnappers later left him in an unknown place. After a few days, the gang leader Hassan leaked a compromising video of Khalilur Rehman Qamar too.

The culprits who were involved in Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar’s abduction have been arrested including Amina Arooj and Hassan. Recently, the DSP model town shared important details regarding the matter.

Talking about Khalil Ur Rehman Qamar’s abduction and videos, DSP said, “The accused filmed the video because he made it on purpose, it was with him, initially, we didn’t know about the video, how can we know about anything like this before culprit’s arrest. How can I own a video or admit about it without seeing it as you have said that he himself released the video along with a video statement. He was recently arrested when he was coming from Peshawar to Lahore along with drugs. How can we get the hold of the video before his arrest”. Talking about arresting another dangerous culprit, the DSP said, “We arrested a dangerous culprit Rafiq, who was wanted in multiple cases including murders and extortion, he is a very dangerous person and is linked to Hassan Shah.

Talking about the incident, he said, “It was a pre-planned stunt which was staged by the gang. They recorded all the BTS videos of the planning in which Amina Arooj is giving all the directions. No doubt, it was a pre-planned incident, he was trapped with proper planning. Most of the kidnappers have been arrested. The latest weapons have been recovered from the gang. They are involved in multiple crimes. According to the DSP, Amina Arooj admitted that she became part of this plan because she wanted money and also wanted to join the media industry. Abubakr Shak is a recent viral sensation who made headlines after appearing in ARY Digital’s famous drama series Khudsar which aired at 9:00 pm from Monday to Friday. The series has recently ended. It had a stellar cast including Humayun Ashraf, Zubab Rana, Babar Ali, Arsalan Khan and Sehar Afzal. In the drama, Abubakr Shak played the character of Nouman Ahmed who was the son of Subhan Ahmed played by Babar Ali.

I just followed the script. I couldn’t change, although, I wanted to do it. I even told the director about it”.

He was forced to remove his shirt and perform the act but he was in deep depression and could not do it. Khalil said that he did not file the FIR for five days because he was traumatized. He already told the police about this video but they did not mention it in the FIR as it brings a bad name to the country. He added that he has taken a stand for all the men who have gone through something similar.

Barzakh is a Zee Zindagi series directed and written by Asim Abbasi, who is also famously known for his film Cake and his Zee Zindagi web series Churails.
