Pakistani arts and culture are getting shock after shock as we just lost Amjad Islam Amjad and Zia Mohyeddin and now the legend of the drama and film industry Qavi Khan Sahab has passed away. The actor has given so many memorable roles in his career from Andhera Ujala to Alif Allah Aur Insaan that he will live in our memories and the memories of generations to come for the talent and content he has been a part of.
Qavi Khan Sahab has worked from the golden age of PTV to the drama of today and he nailed every character, be it comedy or drama, rich or poor and in different languages as well. He has also been a part of several films in his career and the audience always loved to watch him on screen.
