Parizaad was a blockbuster drama serial on Hum TV, which aired in 2021 and 2022. The drama garnered huge fame due to its gripping story, star-studded cast, and top-notch production value. The drama’s locations also became popular. One of the most dreamy locations was the house of Seth Behroze Karim, played by the ace actor Nauman Ijaz. Fans loved the house soon after the promos and OST were released by the channel.
The farmhouse was worth 60 crore PKR in 2022 and was located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. It was built in 2018. The total area of the house is 10 kanals. Although, the built-up area of the house is large but it has only 14 rooms.
Recently, the Parizaad farmhouse is once again making headlines after being seized by government officials due to a mega corruption scandal. The news was shared by multiple news channels, according to which the property was sealed as part of a corruption investigation. As per reports, multiple other luxury properties were sealed, including assets worth 22 billion PKR, 122 luxury properties including houses, farmhouses and banglows.
