The star has won Pakistan over by his recent role in Udaari as Paa Imitiaz, a challenging role that many would not have been able to do justice. His portrayal of the character was astounding and managed to uplift the drama and HumTV into new heights. Even more unprecedented is the work Ahsan Khan has been doing after the show in an effort to make sure that the issue of child abuse does not die down with the show. In his acceptance speech for Best TV Actor at Lux Style Awards 2017, he mentioned the responsibility many of those in the entertainment industry have. “Television is such an effective medium and there is so much happening around you that you have to make socially aware content.”
He, along with Muniba Mazari and Juggun Kazim, will feature in a live Iftaar transmission aired on PTV Home everyday this Ramzan and the photos from the set show the three having a great time and Ahsan Khan being nothing less than his charming self.
