A private Pakistani university is facing backlash for conducting an Illuminati event. Pakistani educational institutes often makes headlines for their modern events. Last year, a private university faced backlash for arranging a modern art event. This year, a private University of Karachi is facing backlash for openly supporting and conducting Illuminati themed event.
The images and pictures from the private University is doing rounds on social media. It was a welcome party event for the first year at Indus University Karachi. The university students shared slogans which were saying, ‘Satan is happy with your progress’. Not only this, they also showcased Illuminati signs. The Illuminati event is facing severe public backlash. Social media users are expressing the view that Pakistani society, especially the young students have become completely westernized and have forgotten the dos and don’ts prescribed by Islam. They claim that these students have gone astray, portraying Western culture as their own and taking pride in it. Many have also accused Indus University of openly supporting an Illuminati agenda. A few social media users have shared details of the event. A social media user wrote, “with these kind of Illuminati agenda based events, Satan will definitely be happy with the students”.
