Last year The Punjab Commission on Status Of Women filed an official complaint against him with the FIA and a probe was launched. A cleric by the name of Fazal Ahmed Chishti led a mob to the police station and protested against Hasan Iqbal Chishti’s arrest. He also threatened to file a blasphemy complaint against SP Police.
