In Pakistan, on a daily basis, crazy, violent, cheap, and heinous stunts are going viral on social media. Some posts show people involved in inappropriate sexual acts; in others, we see people brutally killing, raping or abusing another person; and in others, young boys and girls are seen dancing or performing inappropriate stunts and flaunting them proudly online. This disturbing culture of already increased criminal acts and sane people chasing social media clout has reached an alarming level.
In a recent incident that sparked widespread outrage across social media, a video surfaced showing a young man and woman performing an extremely dangerous “one-wheeling” stunt on a moving motorcycle on the roads of Islamabad. The boy was maneuvering the bike at high speeds while the girl stood and hugged him tightly. To flaunt it on social media, they even had a cameraman following them to film the entire act.
The unknown girl and boy are facing severe public backlash for their cheap and disgusting act. One wrote, “I think Saudi Arabian law should apply here in Pakistan as well.” Another wrote, “I hope they got tracked and arrested” One said, “This happens when parents don’t spend time on their children and they end up doing such things . One wrote, “They must have not been in their senses after drugs” One wrote, “This is Illiteracy” Many said that this is a very big crime and should be eradicated. Read the comments:
