Punjab Police is known for many things and people are generally fearful of the department but recently a police officer showed how much empathy and respect the officers exhibit. One Punjab Police officer’s beautiful welcome to the Sikh Yatris coming from India is going viral and people are loving how that interaction went.
Sikh Yatris visit Nankana Sahib and Kartarpur sahib every year for their religious pilgrimage. A police officer was present when the Yatris came and he sang a beautiful Kalam by Sufi poet Mian Mohammad Bakhsh. It was a beautiful representation of the Punjabi culture which exists on both sides of the border and the internet is loving how this interaction went.
