Rabya Kulsoom comes from a family of talented actors. Her mother Parveen Akbar, her brother Faizan Sheikh, sister-in-law Maham Aamir and now her husband Rehan Nazim are all very creative people and they have all made waves in the industry. Rabya joined in a bit late and she has still managed to win everyone over with her strong work.
Rabya Kulsoom was a guest on Mazaq Raat and she spoke about how an actor’s work is looked at in the industry and if her passion comes before recognition or not. She was asked if she will do a character with a huge margin for performance but her face will be veiled behind a mask and her name will not come in credits. She said that she will not do it as she wants to be recognized for her work. She added that already we do not get enough credit for our hard work.

Rabya Kulsoom also spoke about not getting enough appreciation and credit. She said that she has performed well in certain projects but she did not get enough appreciation. Recently, she was unhappy when she was not nominated by PISA Awards for her content creation.
