Rafaqat Ali Khan is a seasoned Pakistani classical singer who has delivered multiple hit songs, ghazals, and qawwalis. His notable hits include Tu Kuja Man Kuja, Chand Se Chehre, Kaash Hum Bhi Parhay Likhe Hutay, Maula Maula, Ishq Vi Tu, and Ranjish Hi Sahi. His Coke Studio rendition of Tu Kuja Man Kuja has so far garnered more than 308 million views on YouTube. Rafaqat Ali Khan is also known for his command of live classical singing.
Recently, Rafaqat Ali Khan appeared on The Tea Talk podcast, hosted by Usama Tahir. During the podcast, he paid tribute to Atif Aslam and claimed that Arijit Singh is Atif Aslam’s extension.
Rafaqat Ali Khan said, “Atif Aslam has become so much better now. He is a great singer, and with time he has matured as an artist. He is one of a kind. Although there are many good singers in India but no one can be like Atif, I really like Arijit, but Arijit is Atif Aslam’s extension. You can’t say this about Atif because of his unique style.
