Rising Pakistan Fashion show is a talked-about event which was held this week in London. The event was organized by the UK based journalists and event organisers. Sana Nawaz, Ayesha Omar, Azfar Ali and Nawal Saeed were the respected participants of the international event. In this event, actors gave short interviews and also entertained fans with their performances. Sana Nawaz, Emira Mir and Ayesha Omar performed in the event.
Ayesha Omar sang two beautiful songs. She was wearing a stunning Mohsin Naveed Ranjha outfit in pink colour. Sana Nawaz performed on Majajan’s famous song Tere Ishq Nachaya, originally picturized on Saima and Shaan. Sana wore a cream fully embellished outfit paired with a Punjabi style Lacha. Social media users are making fun of the Rising Pakistan event. Many said that the show did not showcase anything related to Pakistani culture. Fans criticized Sana Nawaz for her performance on the song Majajan. Singer Emira Mir faced the most backlash for her bold performances and expressions. One fan wrote, “Have they forgotten about death?” Another commented, “What is wrong with all the Pakistani actresses?” Some said it looked more like a stage drama than a fashion show. Another sarcastically said, “It seems like they don’t fear war at all.” One fan wrote, “She looks like a student of Chahat Fateh Ali Khan.” Fans were also concerned on the insensitivity of Pakistani actors who are dancing while world war 3 is just about to start.
