Sahar Hashmi is playing Riya in the currently on-air drama Mann Mast Malang on Geo TV. The show is getting a lot of attention due to bold romantic scenes being aired on TV. Danish Taimoor is playing the lead role and the show is getting millions of views per episode. There is also a lot of criticism on the drama but Sahar Hashmi had a unique take on the story.
Sahar Hashmi spoke to Fuchsia and revealed what made her sign up for the drama. According to Sahar Hashmi, she first read 3-5 episodes of the drama. Her reaction was that it looked “yummy”. This made her sign up for it and she wanted to be a part of the project. She added that even Saba Hameed said that this looks like a chaat with 14 masalas as it has many twists and turns.

Sahar Hashmi also spoke about doing all the romantic scenes with Danish Taimoor. She said that she is a very jolly girl but she did get nervous in the romantic scenes. Danish Taimoor comes on the set with his regular aura which fans have seen on screens. Sahar however revealed that he is a pookie in real life. She revealed that she would sometimes laugh and she would not be able to look directly at Danish but she persevered through the shoot.
