Sahir Lodhi is known for his great hosting skills in live morning shows. Lately, Sahir Lodhi appeared in Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast where he talked about his friendship with Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain. He also made complaints about maltreatment of Pakistanis with Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain during his last days. Talking about the public’s harsh treatment, he said , “We have done a lot of bad with a lot of people. We should thank Allah that our skeletons are not out. We become so pious that we start judging others, I have seen a lot of notorious people talking bad about Dr Saab. We should not talk about anyone. We are all human, we all make mistakes, we need to be kind and empathetic. We have not forgiven anyone”. Ahmed Ali Butt said that he was also among those who called out Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
Talking about his friendship with Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain, Sahir Lodhi said, “Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain was a true friend. We had a very different relationship. I know a lot of things about him which people don’t know, our friendship began with his call, he called me and praised my hosting skills. I always took pride in two people, Dr Aamir Liaquat and Amjad Sabri, they were the true friends. Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain was just a call away, I daily visit his grave. I lost a friend and a brother.
