Saife Hassan is a senior Pakistani television actor and director who began his acting career in theatre. His television debut was in Sahira Kazmi’s drama series Zaib un Nissa, which aired on Pakistan Television. Saife’s notable dramas include Ghisi Piti Mohabbat, Aas Paas, Alif, and Teri Raza. As a director, he is widely admired for his exceptional work, with major hits such as Ehd-e-Wafa, Sang-e-Mar-Mar, Sang-e-Mah, Zard Patton Ka Bunn, Tan Man Neelo Neel, Jinn Ki Shadi Unki Shadi, and others. He is nowadays getting praise for Hum TV’s hit serial Aap Ki Izzat.

Saife Hassan recently appeared as a guest on Fuchsia Magazine’s show, hosted by Rabia Mughni. During the show, he opened up about Beena running away with a Sabzi Wala.



Saife Hassan said, “I wanted Tabish to be a dry fruit wala shown with a shop to up his game as I think Sabzi Wala was a low background as compared to Beena, and also initially it was shown she bought vegetable for 15k, which was unreal as we never bought Sabzi for more than thousand rupees so I have these objections but Umera convinced me saying Sabzi Wala will damage and degrade Tabish respect more than any other professional. Also, If your society isn’t ready for a housewife running with a Sabzi Wala track, writers like Umera Ahmed will prepare them who are heard by audience, and if they weren’t ready, now they are and we expected backlash.” Here is the link to the video:
