Recently, Saima Qureshi appeared on Rise and Shine, hosted by Nadia Khan, where she spoke about the advantages of living a single life.

When Nadia Khan said, “We have many single friends whom we feel are very happy. How is it being single, and what are the problems do you face?” Saima Qureshi replied, “In my case, I’m completely single. I don’t have a father or a brother, so I do all my chores on my own. If being single means being unmarried, then I think women without a spouse live longer because they stay happy. There is no one in their life who gives them constant stress. There are no fights, because in every relationship there comes a point where people start arguing. Being single, you live a stress-free life. It’s not all good, but it’s better than many situations. I’m not answerable to anyone, I can hang out according to my own plans, and no one bothers me. But that doesn’t mean I party all the time—it’s not like that. There are both pros and cons of being single.” Watch here:
