Sana Nawaz is a Pakistani film and television actress who has worked in India before. She appeared in a meaty role in Sunny Deol’s Kaafila and her performance at large was appreciated. She is a big name from Lollywood and she received immense love in dramas when she tranistioned to TV. She has an opinion after the Indo-Pak stand off and the public is criticizing her.
Recently, India has been acting petty when they blocked Pakistani stars’s Instagram accounts in their country. They even went on to remove Pakistani stars from posters of their Bollwyood films like Mawra Hocane from Sanam Teri Kasam, Mahira Khan from Raees and Fawad Khan from Kapoor & Sons.
Sana Nawaz has chimed in with her opinion on what happened between the two countries. Many people are saying that Pakistanis should never work in Bollywood again but Sana has a different opinion. She said that artists are ambassadors of peace. There are no boundaries for artists; they spread love and this is what she believes in. She added that she has seen actors getting bashed for not commenting on the Indo-Pak stand off. Actors get bashed if they speak up and they will get criticized even if they remain silent.
