Sana Yousaf was a young teenaged influencer who was murdered at her own home in Islamabad. The case shook the country as a young girl died just because a boy could not take No for an answer. She was approached by criminal Umer Hayat who wanted to marry her. She as a young girl turned him down and did not want anything to do with him.

Sana Yousaf was murdered on 2nd June 2025 by Umer Hayat. He broke into her house and shot at her. The girl’s parents kept pursuing for justice and finally after a whole year of trial, Umer’s fate has been decided. Islamabad’s District Court has announced the verdict as Umer Hayat has been sentenced to death by the court. He has also been fined by the court.

Umer Hayat has been sentenced to death and he will also have to pay a fine of 2 million rupees. The trial took nearly a year with the victim’s mother and aunt being eye witnesses of the murder. Additionally, digital and forensic evidence was also taken into custody.
