Recently, Sanam Saeed appeared on the show Good Morning Pakistan, hosted by Nida Yasir. During the show, she opened up about her post-pregnancy fitness routine and the secret behind maintaining healthy hair.



Talking about fitness after giving birth, Sanam Saeed said, “Eat well and exercise. Movement is essential, whether it’s walking or exercising at home—whatever is possible. I exercised throughout my pregnancy. Obviously, I didn’t do anything in the first few days after delivery, but after that, I resumed and focused on eating clean.” Here is the link to the video:
She further shared the secret behind her healthy hair, saying, “It’s mostly genetics. My mother had good hair, and my father still has hair. I also avoid heat styling—I don’t straighten my hair or use tongs. It’s not that I always oil my hair, but I believe in eating well. Your brain functions better when you eat right—you are what you eat. I consume fish, take vitamins, use healthy oils, and eat vegetables and nuts, which I believe fulfill my nutritional needs.” Watch here:
