Sania Saeed is an ultra-talented artist and a woman of substance. She is known for her great choice of scripts, the way she gets under the skin of a character and her activism for humans and animals both. She is well-read and she always used her voice for the impoverished and oppressed. She was a guest on FHM podcast and spoke about many topics ranging from governance to activism.
Sania Saeed also reacted to the viral statement by Saima Qureshi. Saima Qureshi has stated that there is no blessing in a woman’s income. Despite Islam refuting such a mindset, she stated that she feels there is no blessing in a woman’s money and she feels there is no blessing in her own money either.
Sania Saeed said that she knows Saima and she does not agree with her opinion though she will respect her freedom to have her opinion. Sania said that Saima Qureshi is a single mother and she has single-handedly raised three sons who wer well brought up, she can pay for her freedom and she can go to any hosptal if she falls ill and for Sania Saeed, this is a blessing. She added that Saima’s definition of blessing may be different. According to Sania, women’s income is also blessed. Many a times, men earn so much and nothing is ever saved thus their income can also be “non-blessed”.

Sania Saeed also spoke about why she said that people should not have kids unless they know what parenting is. She said we are all going through personal traumas and we end up becoming controlling parents and giving our children an environment which is not conducive to make them happy. Thus try to change your conditions to a peaceful place first. Yes, problems will always exist but learn parenting and make yourself ready for the task before you have kids.
