The star was a guest on Hina Niazi’s show and spoke about how she is happy with the current trends in dramas, good acting of the younger stars and gave her blunt opinion on award shows.
Seemi Raheel spoke about the award shows in Pakistan. She feels they are bogus and they have no merit. The actress said that every channel has created their own set of awards and they are given on the basis of favouritism. There is no merit to them and they are not done with justice.
Seemi Raheel also commented on voting in these shows. She said that Pakistan as a country does not have truthful results in elections then how can award show voting be credible. She added even in a country like the USA, voting processes have become corrupted thus this voting is not real at all.
