Sehar Khan played Rabi in the hit Tan Man Neelo Neel. A drama based on mob violence and an ending that shocked the audience has become a fan favourite. The series started off in a fun manner and banter was a part of the whole show but it ended with a grim and realistic conclusion. Mob violence and its victims once again became a part of the public discourse. The drama also showed how even a smaller number of episodes can have the biggest impact.
Sehar Khan and Shuja Asad chose to do this mini-series which was made in order to raise awareness against mob violence and the show slowly but steadily won the hearts of the audience. The drama also showed how you do not always need masala and rich heroes to attract the viewers.
Speaking about the success of Tan Man Neelo Neel at the Hum TV Iftar, Sehar Khan said that she is thankful to be a part of this show and after this drama did so well, she will go to the producers and tell them to make content that has impact and just not run after the ratings. She praised writer Mustafa Afridi, director Saif e Hassan and producer Sultana Siddiqui for taking this initiative. She added that she has taken 10 years of experience from this oen show.
