Shae Gill is a renowned Pakistani singer who rose to fame in 2022 after her Coke Studio appearance. She sang Pasoori with Ali Sethi, which became one of the most popular songs from Coke Studio Season 14. The song has crossed around 920 million views in three years. Her other notable songs include Sukoon, Left Right, Insecurity, Gilla, Bulleya, and others. Besides this, Shae Gill also sang the beautiful OST of Hum TV’s drama serial Yunhi. The singer often performs at concerts across Pakistan and in other countries.

Recently, Shae Gill experienced a tragic accident while performing at a concert for Park View City in Islamabad. While she was singing, a drone fell on her, causing minor injuries to her arm. Watch the video here:
Shae Gill also opened up about the accident. She posted a story on her Instagram in which she wrote, “I was performing at Park View City, Islamabad, and they handed the drone controller to an amateur. The drone was super fast and came straight at me. That’s how my hand got cut so badly. I am okay now and have also gotten my tetanus injection done. Thanks for checking up on me.”

She also shared pictures of her hand, which sustained minor injuries, but added that had these cuts been deeper, they could have been more dangerous. Here are the pictures:

Social media users are sharing mixed reactions. Many are making fun of her injury, while a few are saying that Pakistan needs to improve its live concert management. One fan, however, wrote that it was just an accident and Shae Gill should relax.
