Shamoon Abbasi is a seasoned Pakistani television and film actor, director, and screenwriter. He started his acting career with hit PTV dramas in the 1990s and is particularly admired for portraying negative characters. Most recently, he received praise for his role in the drama Meri Zindagi Hai Tu, where he played Faria’s father. His other notable dramas include Akhara, Kashish, Noorpur Ki Rani, Bakhtawar, and Dastak. He has also written the plot for Jinn Ki Shaadi Unki Shaadi.
Shamoon Abbasi has been married several times over the years. His former wives include Juvaria Abbasi, Humaima Malick, and another one who wasn’t from the media, before he eventually settled down with Sherry Shah. He is a proud father of Anzela Abbasi, but not many people know that he also has another daughter.
Recently, Shamoon Abbasi introduced his daughter, Shahbano Abbasi, to his fans. The actor shared beautiful pictures of his daughter from an event held at Bahria Town Karachi, where she received an award for her participation in a debate on international relations and diplomacy.
