Allah Rakha Pepsi was a renowned Pakistani comedian and stage performer, widely known for his entertaining performances at various public and political events. He rose to fame after his viral stage performance at the PML-N Liberty Ijtema event. Popularly known as Pepsi, Allah Rakha Pani Puri was later hired by various news channels as a comedian for their satire shows. He was also an integral part of Public News’ comedy show Public Demand, hosted by Mohsin Abbas Haider.
On July 6, 2026, Allah Rakha Pepsi was recording an episode of Public Demand when he suddenly collapsed on the set after suffering a heart attack. He passed away on the spot.
Recently, veteran comedian and actor Sohail Ahmed revealed the tragic reality behind Allah Rakha Pepsi’s sudden death during his show.
Sohail Ahmed said, “He was a unique and blessed artist who had complete command over his craft. He was also a self-reliant and independent man. I have never seen anyone with such great self-respect. Despite facing numerous financial struggles, he never asked anyone for favors. He was deeply upset because of his daughter’s situation. One of his sons-in-law used to trouble him by constantly demanding money. He even beat Allah Rakha Pepsi. He remained distressed after marrying his daughter to such a man. His son-in-law’s endless demands had made his life miserable. He would often say that it had become unbearable for him to fulfill his son-in-law’s demands. I want to tell you something. When he was being buried, a young man came to me and said that his daughter had been divorced that very day. I became extremely upset after hearing this. A few hours later, we received the news that he had passed away. I don’t know what he was suffering from, but this grief may have taken his life. Although he had been experiencing heart-related issues, he was not ready to undergo treatment and passed away while recording the show. It seems that someone from his family informed him about his daughter’s divorce before the recording.” Watch the video here:
