He was the original Maula Jatt and he has worked in both Urdu and Punjabi films. The action packed gandasa films also started in his era and reached their pinnacle.
Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum is the biggest drama of the season and it was produced by Big Bang Productions. The company is owned by Fahad Mustafa and Dr Ali Kazmi. Dr Ali Kazmi sat down for an interview and spoke about his journey, his success as a producer and how thankful he is for the mega hit they just had.
He spoke about the decline of the film industry. Dr Ali Kazmi said that Sultan Rahi was a good human being and did a lot of work but the way he made the cinema dependent on gandasa movies destroyed the film industry. He really did a disservice to cinema through those films as we used to be in direct competition with Bollywood before that.
