Sultana Siddiqi is an iconic figure of Pakistani media industry. She is the only female head of a media house when she established HUM TV networks a decade ago.
Sultana talks to BBC Urdu’s host Fifi Haroon about her long successful journey, upcoming film project Bin Roye Aansoo and other aspects. Sultana said Bin Roye will not feature any item song. Asserting she is not against item song, but want to experiment with a movie without item song. Instead of item song, Bin Roye will feature song on traditional festivals and events like Chaand Raat, Mehndi.
