Talking about his childhood, Hassan Ahmed revealed, “What happened with me was that my Abbu was always very busy because he was in the Air Force. He used to leave for the office at 6:00 am and return by 2:00 pm, maintaining a tough routine as a dedicated officer. I remember I couldn’t look him in the eye until my 12th standard because he had such a commanding stature. I don’t know if I ever felt a sense of deprivation back then, but as I grew older, joined university, got a job, started modeling, and prepared to get married, he became my ultimate support system. He was a rock-solid presence behind me. Now, I deeply feel his support and pray for his long life. If there ever was any sense of deprivation, it is completely gone now.” Here is the link to the video:

Talking about her father’s absence from her life, Sunita Marshall said, “My father was working abroad. Although we were also in Dubai, he used to work on the rigs, which was the kind of job where he had to spend months at the site. Then we came to Pakistan and he established his bubble gum factory, so he used to be at the factory all the time. My mother looked after the house. By the time he retired, I got busy with my own career and didn’t have time. I was never close to my father, and he passed away three years ago. Although my mother was always there, I still feel I couldn’t develop a warm relationship with my father.” Here is the link to the video:

Sunita Marshall also added that the absence of fathers from children’s lives develops multiple problems, traumas, and a vacuum in children’s lives that later affects them, shaping men’s behavior and causing most of them to deal with anger issues. Meanwhile, Hassan Ahmed added that a father’s absence affects girls more than boys. Watch here:
