Tan Man Neelo Neel is a drama that shattered the audience with its strong content and a very realistic ending. The main protagonists all died in mob lynching and it was a spectacle that made everone cry. A show with the right cause at its heart and performances that will be remembered forever. Director Saif e Hassan was a guest on Kya Drama Hai and he made some unknown revelations about the show.
Saif e Hassan shared that the ending which broke the audience was discussed a lot among the writer, producer and himself. He and the writer Mustafa Afridi knew that in a real scenario, such victims never survive and therefore they went the route where everyone was killed by the raging mob.

Saif e Hassan also shared that there were several other actors who were approached for Tan Man Neelo Neel. They initially wanted Sajal Aly to play the lead role. She was not available at the moment and therefore they selected Sehar Khan who is energetic and looked great in the character. Similarly, the role played by Nauman Masood was offered to Faisal Rehman who did not do it as the story was very dark. Samiya Mumtaz’s character was supposed to be played by Nadia Jamil. Nadia could not take the role and recommended Samiya Mumtaz. Nadia Jamil is also very happy with how the show turned out.
