Jama Taqseem is right now making waves among the audience. People are loving the story, direction and performances. The dynamics in each household have started debates amongst viewers. Zubiya and Ashar aka Tazeen Hussain and Deepak Perwani are among the most loved characters on the show. Tazeen is playing a role very different from her previous Qarz e Jaan and she is a mother-in-law every Pakistani man deserves.
Tazeen Hussain spoke about the role and shared that Deepak Perwani is her friend and he asked her to take the role as a modern woman. The duo spoke to Fuchsia Magazine and Tazeen candidly shared that she has been seeing clips of Zubiya on Instagram and she does not want her real-life daughter’s in-laws to watch it. She then added that her daughter is about to get married to a really nice boy and her in-laws are nice people.

She also shared her own daughter’s reaction after watching Zubiya in Jama Taqseem. Her daughter thinks that she can never speak out like that in real life. This made Tazeen Hussain think that she might at some point not defend her daughter like Zubiya is defending Laila. Thus all mothers should always stand up for their daughters.
