Umar Akmal is a hugely talented and popular Pakistani cricketer who has played all formats of cricket. He is a batsman and wicket keeper who had played for the national cricket team between 2009 to 2019. Lately, unfortunately, he also faced a temporary ban by the Pakistan Cricket Board for eighteen months for not disclosing details regarding anonymous calls by match fixers. Talking about it, Umar Akmal said, “I only want to ask one question from you, I want to ask, ‘did you ever dance in your siblings’ wedding?, if people cannot enjoy in siblings’ wedding then where would they be dancing? outside?, likewise, if I consider you a family and I danced on your son’s birthday or so, what’s the big deal in it’, I only want to say that people who say, ‘I am not mature’, are mostly the cricketers, they always say that I’m not mature but they would not like if I would open their secrets, I am quite in respect”.
