Usman Peerzada is a senior Pakistani television, theatre, and film actor with a huge fan base and following. He is also admired as one of the pioneers of theatre schools. His notable dramas include Sophia, Doosri Larki, Nazdeekiyan, Teesra Kinara, Sahil, Kaffara, Dayan, and many others. Recently, his performances in Main Manto Nahi Hoon and Baray Bhaiyya were praised. He married Samina Peerzada in 1975, and together they have two daughters, Anum and Amal Peerzada.
A few days ago, Usman Peerzada appeared in a podcast hosted by Fiza Ali. In the podcast, he revealed the cosmetic surgery offers he has received and also shared his views on actors undergoing such procedures.
Talking about it, Usman Peerzada said, “I haven’t done anything to my face; I just wash it with Pears glycerine soap. I get cosmetic surgery offers now, as the skin on my neck has wrinkled or sagged. A friend once said to me, ‘Let me tighten your neck skin through surgery,’ but I refused, saying I would become a stiff-looking man. Actresses who have undergone such procedures often look stiff, with the same horrible frozen expressions on their faces. If you are in showbiz, just maintain a good diet, exercise, and follow a healthy routine—it will be enough for you. I have turned 75 now, and I look perfect for my age. I have been consuming milk since childhood; I take half a litre of buffalo milk as my first meal of the day—that is a must.” Watch here:
