Waheed Lala clarified his side on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast. He said that Bushra Ansari is a legend and asset of Pakistan. He acknowledged her stature. He is a mimicry artist and he has performed many female characters. What did not sit well with him is that Bushra Ansari said that a “trasgender” was mimicing her. Are transgenders not humans? It was just art and he has never discriminated between male or female characters.
