Waseem Badami is a very famous anchor and he has been hosting different types of shows ranging from religious to current affairs very successfully. He was a guest on Ushna Shah’s latest show After Hours and spoke about his journey, success and the friends he has lost along the way.
Waseem Badami has lost many famous friends whom he worked with during his transmissions. He worked for a huge part in Shaan e Ramzan with Junaid Jamshed and losing him was a shock for Waseem like everyone else. He also worked in these transmissions with the late Amjad Sabri and he also went in a very tragic manner. Waseem Badami is one of the few hosts who also worked alongside the late Aamir Liaquat Hussain and all these people were lost in tragic ways in the last few years.
He revealed that he is still in a state of shock and he cannot process the loss he faced after these people were no more. He also revealed that to this day, he cannot listen to Junaid Jamshed’s Naats or to Amjad Sabri’s Kalams as he cannot process that they are not here anymore. This is what he revealed:
Ushna Shah and Waseem Badami also spoke about how tragic it is that Aamir Liaquat who became a victim of a woman did not get justice while the perpetrator just got married and she is living a normal life.
